The satellites could spy on enemy troop movements, spot construction at suspected nuclear sites and alert commanders to militant training camps.
But, mainly, we’ll spy on our own citizens.

Perhaps there isn’t as huge of a gap between Clinton and McCain as even I’d thought. This is a disturbing statement to make on any day let alone a voting day.
