Perhaps looking for an excuse to go to war, Britain sent troops across into Iranian waters to be captured. Their plan backfired when Iran released the troops in a PR coup. Let us hope that this congress will be more vigillant — seeing through such transparent attempts at global provocation and conflict escalation.
